Fuel injectors wont close, bad electrical problem

Fuel injectors wont close, bad electrical problem
Ok i have gotten most of the info i need at hondaaccordfuroms.com, but now im looking for further help,
ok i got a meter to measure the Ohms and volts of the injector wires, can someone run me through the settings i need on the meter and the readings a should get.
Feul pump is constantly running, gas in engine, I have no idea if its a short or if its a messed up ECU
