it will rotate but not start. I have been experiencing problems in the last few weeks. Mostly it has been a irradic idle from 1000-1500 rpms while driving. It is automatic. Also whenever i am about to have this problem, the drive light starts to blink and the speedo stops working. It once seemed to be rapidly trying to switch between gears and i had to stop the car and turn it off to get it to stay in gear again. (tho i realize that is probally a different problem). i looked thru the trouble shooting in my haynes manual and all of the symptoms seem to point to fuel pump. maybe fuel filter too. any feed back/suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.
