i jus finished putting my motor in the car and im gettin a solid cel. when i turn the car on it comes on and stays on but when i connect the wires to jump obd1 connector it jus blinks once real slow. is that a code 0 or a code 1. i had shipped the ecu back to get checked and he said the ecu was good. 90 hatch d16z6 motor. obd1 harness. ran fine before i swapped.
