DC race header or type R cams in my 02 rsx-s?

DC race header or type R cams in my 02 rsx-s?
ok i was wondering which mod would yield me more power without tuning to anything. all i have is a CAI in my stock rsx-s. if i was only to choose one mod and not tune at all, should i get the ITR cams or DCRH?
