Front Control Arm Bushings - Honda Civic 92-95

i went to get an alignment and found out that i need to replace the front control arm bushings before i get an alignment.
is this something i can do myself or do i need a special tool?
the they want to charge me $120 for each control arm bushing
way to much for me.
so can anyone tell me if i can do it myself or how to do it?
