1990 head on a 1995 block?

1990 head on a 1995 block?
wondering if it can be done, I'm guessing the 1990 head wont be as good (1st gen B18A I think?) thanks in advance. oh yea, it's a B18B1 block

they r the same.. i believe the only real difference other than obd0 and obd1 is like technically the b1 is like a couple more hp than the a1 but yes it will wrk
