FS: 99 Eclipse GSX - 90k - 2nd owner - fast/clean/reliable

The car was tuned by Chris Macellaro but after doing the cam install a couple of weeks ago the tune is going to need to be leaned out on the bottom end for a cleaner spool-up.
Here is the mod list Ive just currently typed up off the top of my head. It may be missing a few things. I'll just have to go back over the car and look. Including the price of the car I have over $15000 into this GSX so Im asking what I would consider a very fair price considering the condition of the car and how hard these are to find these days: $11,500. I am very very slightly negotiable on the price. I'm sure we can work something out if you're seriously interested.

The car has been taken very good care of. It hits full boost at around 3700RPM and pulls HARD all the way to Redline. It was tuned via an SAFC and datalogger - if you've ever owned a car you tuned with an SAFC you know it cant pull a lot of power out of the car. If you were to just buy DSMLink for the car you could very easily pick up another 60awhp. A local guy on basically the same setup is making 393awhp I believe it is at 23psi. All you're missing here is DSMLink to make that kind of power. The car was street tuned so I have no dyno numbers. If I had to guess Id say its very close to 300 at the moment, maybe more maybe less. CarFax report is clear of wrecks. Title is a clear, blue title.
I have all summer to sell this car so dont try to lowball me. If I think the price needs to be lowered I'll do so. If you have a SERIOUS offer PM me. I am looking for something with good gas mileage and the potential to look good and at least move on its own power. The only cars I am interested in trading this for right now are either a 99-00 Civic Si or a late 3rd gen Integra (like Jo3Fish's body-style). You will most likely need to add cash on top depending on the condition of the car.
