Turbo is brand new just took it out the box to inspect and has been sitting on the shelf in my 'parts room' inside the house for about 6-8 months.

t31 turbine housing
4bolt exhaust side

I paid $1174 + shipping for this turbo so i am already losing money on it. but i need the cash to pay for the new turbo setup, as i had to pay some unexpected bills as of late.
