Default Surging/Jerking Problem with B18A swap CRX

Hey guys,

My 90 CRX HF with B18A/GSR Head is having some surging/jerking/idling problems. Sometimes it does not idle at all (dies at stop lights), but sometimes it is fine. The main problem is that sometimes when I drive it, lets say at 4k rpms it will just drop down to 1k and then spike back to 4k. It's like the throttle does not do anything.

I went though my CEL's but it was just a 21/22 VTEC Pressure Sensor/Solenoid and I do not think that it's the problem.

I was told to check my TPS/IACV and PCV Valve, is this correct/accurate?

Thanks
