Default Finally ready for the season. New parts and pics of my R!

Hi friends!

I just wanted to share with you. I have been buying some parts and upgrading a few things this winter/spring.. also had to replace some wheel bearings and other maintance stuff, but never got the time to do the work, The R have been sitting in its garage and part laying at home. I have been buried with work on a big project for a couple of months now, and also in this period of time me and my girlfriend for almost 4 years broke up... and my grandma got sick and past away the same week as my gf moved out, a lot of stuff at once, so I have not had time to get my R finished before now... Family and friends first!

Long and boring introduction...

...good things comes to those who wait - right?
I finally feel that my R is starting to look the way I want it to.

New "big" stuff:

17" Volk TE37 with potenzas (street use) : A dream come true. Thanks to Trellis for a smooth deal!

Mugen wing: Thanks to "jdmitr" for the purchase!

Other updates on the car is:
- fresh paint on hatch due to the OEM wing being ripped off and stolen
- painted Spoon (real deal) CF mirrors
- painted center piece on rear bumber black
- Mugen gearknob (big upgrade - lol)
- new "used" OEM front bumper with fewer stone chips and no European foglights
- all itr stickers gone (I think it looks cleaner without for now, but I got new ones)

on with the pics:

..some details

Feels great to have my car ready again, so nice to drive, cant wait to let her tear up the track again. Hopefully a trip to the Nurburgring is happening sometime this summer

Also a big thanks to Len for hooking me up with OEM parts and helping me with part numbers and shipping!

Hope you guys like it. Thanks for your time.

Thanks everybody for the kind words, I feel quite happy myself about the apperance of the car now Still have a few plans on upgrades, but no big changes. Just some details outside and interiour mostly...

My no.1 priority now is to use it - a lot - I enjoy driving the R weither I am cruising on the streets or pushing my own limits on a day at a twisty track

youre crazy! thats the only angle I liked it. I don't think a gen 1 looks right on the 98 and ups. But the "hips" of the lip on the wing match the rear bumper perfectly from that angle.

anyway, to the op: sick upgrades dude!

Its the OEM euro-spec bumber with integrated rear fog-lights!

Yeah the wide angle makes the perspective a little off, but I thought the picture ended up kind of cool !
