Well, i just bought myself a nice skunk2 SS, and all i can say is..WHAT A BITCH!!!!!!!!!!! It took almost 3 hrs! VERY VERY little room to work in, and a lot of bolts were REALLY RUSTED, and my car is a 1998! The 2 10mm bolts that hold the ball in the rubber boot were so rusted I had to drill both out and replace them with stainless ones!! I am glad it is over with....i love the new shifter feel tho...Tight, Quick, precise, nice finish!

nope.....i got my skunk 2 done in 1.5 hours....

i cant imagin NOT having one now though

 

i didn't use skunk2, but i have a dcsports

and i have no rust at all and it's a 93 CIVC 93 93 93 93

it's very very easy to install

i installed it when i installed my exhaust

it was pain in the *** to work under the car..... u feel like u r a snake or something.. haha..

 

My Skunk2 came with a new main bolt, nylon lock nut, 2 washers and 2 bushings....after pressing the 2 bushings in, was i supposed to put the washers on the outside of the linkage, or inside right next to the bushings?
