I know this is not specifically ITR related, but since a lot of you have JDM fronts I figured I'd ask here.

I have a Vis spoon replica CF lip and was wondering something about the install. Does the lip fit over the front bumper lower edge ('snap' into place), or does it just rest up on it?

My front bumper is freshly painted, and the lip seems like a very tight fit. I don't want to mess up the paint on my bumper and force something that's not supposed to go.

Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.

 

The FIT is very tight. when i put mine on to test fit it, it stayed on the bumper with nothing holding it on, but i used a **** load of ds tape and 92 self tapping screws.

 

So I've just got to grit my teeth and shove it on huh? I'm just really afraid of putting spider cracks in the new paint. I'll give it a try, thanks for the info!
