Default Brakes and knocking noise

So about a month ago my brakes went out on me on the freeway and I had to use the handbrake + down shifting to get home. I took it to a mechanic 2 weeks ago to get it looked at and had the brake pads, brake lines, and master cylinder replaced. Since then the brakes were working fine up until about a week ago when this knocking noise started coming from what sounds like the front right wheel. It only happens under 25 mph, the knocking slows down and gets louder as I get closer to 0, and if I push the brake pedal down softly I hear it but if I brake hard the noise goes away.

This noise never happened before the mechanic worked on the brakes so I'm thinking maybe the mechanic screwed up? Any suggestions on what it could be?
The knocking also seems to start about 5-10 min from the time I start driving.

Bump
Anyone else have this thumping/knocking noise while braking? I was told there could be a problem with the rotors or calipers, like they may be loose, if thats the case are they easy to fix?

Sorry if this bugs but I just want to know if anyone else experienced this and how they fixed it so I can get an idea on where I should start looking for the source of the problem.

Could you give a more detailed description of the knocking sound you are talking about?

Caliper bracket may be loose. Just a thought.

so when you go like 10 mphr or faster, and step on the brake, there's this click click click sound from the engine, I think that's what you call knocking (like if you have bad gas, and when you accelerate, and there's this kind of clicking noise from the engine, and you can fix it by adding in octane and stuff).

Go to the parts store pick up a helms/ or haynes manual for your specific model vehicle and i'm sure it will have pictures and enough information for you to do the brake job your self. You'll save money and it's the only sure way to know someones not gonna mess your car up.. that's If your capable. If you are at all slightly mechanically inclined you should be able to do it without a problem.

I would pull the wheel off and inspect the caliper bolts, caliper bracket.. maybe loosen the bolts to check and inspect the caliper.. it could be stuck or seized up.

Also try searching there are writes up's and threads on how to replace your brakes and lots of other info.
