Default Slight Collission, What parts do I need?

first the car is a 2000 civic EX.

Long story short, it was raining, my power steering pump belt broke so i suddenly lost power steering and my car slid into/along a fire hydrant. I would have been able to stop but it was all wet mud. It wasnt going fast at all. It scraped againt the very side of the front bumper but it really only scraped the yellow paint off of the hydrant, didnt scratch the bumper.

It gouged the s**t out of my fender though so I need a new one of those. Also it pushed in the very front part of the door a little bit and scratched that but no metal was torn at all.

then theres just a line going along the side of the car to the rear where the bumper was taken off. The side bracket that holds the bumper was bent up but not torn at all.

I am wanting to know what parts i can do to make this repair cost the least

1.) I know I need a new fender. Do I just go to the junk yard and find one to repaint or is it better getting one new?

2.) I need a new plastic piece that runs along the side of the door.

The other parts about fixing the scraping and pushed in metal ill have to leave to the body shop.

Does anyone know what an estimate would be for this? Also does anyone know where is the best place to get the parts that I need?(the fender and that plastic piece).

Any help is greatly appreciated

Im going to a junk yard to get a fender to repaint, found a guy at work that used to do auto body stuff so hes gonna lend me his pro tools and help explain everything to me as well as i went to school today(a college) and got 3 very useful auto bosy repair books. I dont need it for the back door scrape though, its a very straight forward job on the rear door. Ill post pictures later if i can
