Default want to increase stroke, 92mm crank? is it ok for dd car?

thinking off running 92mm crank in a sleeved b18/20 block. My question is, do i just need to get shorter rods or custom pistons. What kind of reliability is expected out of these cranks? Long rods, do they increase rod stroke? and are custom pistons needed.

Stock length LS rods with custom pistons with raised wristpins. O.K. for daily driving, done right.
