Y8 Block and Z6 Head question

Y8 Block and Z6 Head question
I have a complete Z6 motor, as well as a Y8 block; would I gain anything from using a Y8 block/Z6 cylinder head combo. Would there be any issues with this? I'm more inclined right now to rebuild the Z6 motor.
