Will a main relay for a 90-91 be the same as my 89?
I've come down to a bad main relay giving me my problems....I think...I found a relay for sale on the web from a link on a different topic but it is labeled for a 90-91. It has the same numbers on it as the old one. Will this work?
That's awesome....now, any ideas where to get one cheap? anyone got an extra? it went from working sometimes to not working at all today. I got a HUGE interview this week and my car kinda needs to run. any clues at all?
fix yours....the used replacement and the aftermarket new one will have the same crappy solder thats on your original. Put yours under a magnifying glass and check for cracked solder points on the circuit board. If your not comfortable soldering it yourself, and you have a reputable honda shop...have them solder it for you. should be about 30 bucks or so...
aaaaahhh haha ok that's what i was trying to avoid because i cant solder. i already pulled it apart and cleaned some **** off of it and put it back in so it worked for a while and now it wont work at all. also after i put it back in, i lost all guages except spedometer, the only warning light coming on now is the batt light, and it still wasnt working very well. if i do manage to get it soldered will it possibly fix all of that?
