quick question about interior on 98+ dc2s
Ok so i was trying to put in an all black interior. Once I came to the big long black panels that cover the side of the interior from the trunk to the driver seat, it also covers the rear shocks. Is this black panel the same for all 94-01 2dr integras? I was trying to figure this out and just couldnt put it on.

--- you are wrong sir.
in the 98+ integra's the long interior covers that go from door to trunk are different. So are the rear seats.
in 98+ the rear seats have a different mounting spot. It's more near the center of the car. Also has these huge black metal brackets that weigh like 75lbs. The panels themselves might look the same, but once you remove those brackets, the carpet sits lower. The panels are cut out more for the brackets so everything fits well.
They are interchangable. But they are different.
I just put my 94 rs interior into my 98gsr. i had to remove that bracket, and i noticed a sizely gap remaining there. It's no big deal, just noticable if your on the floor of the car.
the rear seats the part that hooks into your car are on the outer points of the seats. on the 98+ the hooks are more inward and centered. The bracket has the new mounting spots for the new seats.
i think that should cover what you asked.
