Alrite guys heres my question. I'm looking at getting a toda header for my 98 gsr. According to jhpusa.com it requires a 63.5mm cat or test pipe. I've searched a little and didn't find really what I was looking for. So what should I use???

I'm looking at going with a Invidia test pipe but I don't know anything about the size of it. Will this work?

Also looking at buying a T1R B pipe too with my spoon n1. Will I have any issues with fitment? I just want to make sure before spending all this cash money.

In a nut shell, what it's saying is that you'll need to use a 2.5" inch cat or test pipe to work with the collector size of the header. You may still need some slight custom exhaust work to fit everything together though.

 

well I know the b pipe is the same diameter as the collecter on the header but not sure about this b pipe. anyone have any idea?

 

I currently run a Toda header, T1-R resonated test pipe, T1-R B pipe and axle back. Fits like a dream, but I have an EK. Any 2.5" test pipe will work with the T1-R exhaust as long as it's USDM length. I had a J's Racing test pipe which is jdm length and it was too short.
