Replacing F22A1 with F22B1

Replacing F22A1 with F22B1
I am replacing my engine and am thinking of doing this rather then going to the F22A again.
Is this all I would need to do the swap?
-F22B1 Engine
-ECU
It is going into my 1991 Accord EX. Would I need an OBD0 to OBD 1 wiring harness... or were the 1991's OBD1? I know the H22 is better lol, but the engine is to expensive compared to this, and it is my daily driver. Thanks.
