Default b18c vs k20a

ok i know this a dc5 forum i just need to ask before i do the swap i use to have a jdm b18c i was involved in a accident but was able to save the engine { need new head} well its almost time for me to get a new car and ive been told by people to rebuild the b18 but i wanted to swap a k20a any ideas of what engine is better money aint a problem..
p.s. if you dont have anything positeve to writte the plz save ur energy..

why k20a? it would be a lot cheaper to go with the k20a2/k20z1 swap and just throw an aftermarket lsd. not being a dick but from experience i love my stock k20a2. Almost ready to start modding the motor, but the research was well worth it. also the k swap will be more obviously.

Every one of these topics turns into a flame war (by their respective fanbois). Do a search as this has been discussed *extensively* in this forum and others.

It just depends what you want to do and how much you want to spend as the K20 will have the overall power advantage, but the money and effort required to swap it is quite a bit more.

If you have any specific questions, post them up. Otherwise a generic question about this won't tunr out good....and you are in a DC5 forum after all.
