Default No Spark help needed after DPFI to OBD1 conversion

Ok well after swapping my old dx motor for a d15 vtec I have no spark I converted from dpfi to mpfi and to obd1, I ran all the required wires for the mpfi like vtec, distributor wires and injector wires and repinned the required ecu wires. I have got continuity through all wires from the plug to the shock tower plug and from the shock tower to the ecu and triple checked all connections and locations that they should show up at in the harness and at the ecu. I have checked the obd0 to obd1 conversion harness and that is also correct. I followed the fourthgenhatch write up minus the resistor box and such since using obd2 injectors. Im running the obd1 dist. and am positive that the repinned plug on the harness side going to dist is correct , I have swapped the 2 infamous white wires that after searching seems to have fixed so many others issue of no spark on engine harness side of dizzy plug and still no diff. Timing is set correctly no blown fuses to be found , plenty of fuel just no spark and cranks like a bandit. I only get 2 codes when grounding the chk codes wire which are 19 Automatic transmission lockup control valve (auto ecu) to be expected and 21 for vtec solenoid which we didnt have hooked up. I am running a p08 ecu and have also tried my p28 and its a no go with both. Any help would be great as its been about a week of screwing with it now and pulling the harness and rechecking everything on the harness and the wiring in the car. I have swapped out the coil but not the igniter yet which I will try today and if that doesnt work Im just at a total loss.

For being such a easy swap its a total nightmare at this point

Do you have 12V at the power lead in the dizzy? I dont have the manual handy but I think its a yellow/black wire?

I just traded my 96 hatch for a 90 CRX with AC and Im gonna be going MPFI as soon as I get all the parts together. Im researching the conversion . . .hope you get it figured out man

***edit*** i have 2 good OBDII dizzy's if they can be used - i don't know

Seems it turned out to be a couple crappy injectors a bad igniter and a ground issue. But it atleast starts right up now, just have to get some other issues fixed and hopefully have it on the road in a few days or so. I also picked up a jrsc with 6lb boost pulley and put it on. I hope it will be good enough to drive with some buddies at work to HIN next weekend Im workin over at nissan/mazda down at tysons corner and some of the techs are taking there 240's and what not. Also when your ready to do your conversion lemme know if you need any help Ill lend a hand if ya need it.
