So I have a jdm itr motor w/ tranny that has 35k on the clock.
I would like to know what I should buy for it in order to make 200whp !
- Do I need to mess with the bottom end? How much money will it take to make the power ?
I would like to rev to 9k !
I know the basics ( Valve Springs & retainers, s200 or s300, bigger injectors, cams & gears, good flowing header, bpi intake setup, skunk2 IM?, etc ) but what are the best setups ?

at the risk of sounding rude.........dude no one is going to work out your build for you. The best set ups are not always the ones yielding the highest hp and sometimes your mods won't yield power up to 9k....why would you want to specify a rev range?????? ........you've been on this sight long enough to know what makes power and what doesn't. You can get over 200hp without going into the bottom end.....as far as money goes, it would be as much as you are willing to spend........best bet would be to search for the "post your 1.8liter all motor set ups" (i don't remember the exact name of the thread) and see what people are using. Good luck.
