Default Side-mount seat rails?

Alright I have a 88 Civic and recently purchased a Memoryfab S68 seat with no rails/sliders. I'd like to keep the seat low, reuse/modify the stock sliders, and not have to drill any holes in the car.

All of the pictures I've seen have the brackets for the side-mount setup bolted directly to the sliders. Problem is, as many of you guys may have noticed, is that the outer rail sits under the seat so it would be impossible to directly mount brackets on slider.

I could just extend it outwards(it's about 3" from the outside of the seat mount) but wouldn't I run into flexing/stress issues since the there would be only one bolt on the slider holding the bracket(the MFab sliders use two bolts for each bracket)? What about about a rigid bracket that attaches to the seat and then bolts onto the sliders?

Anyone else running side-mount seats and can give me an idea? Thanks, Kevin.

I used a corbeau custom seat mount that bolts to the floor, then the stock sliders mount to that, with the side mounts on top of the sliders. the custom mount relocates the sliders so that they will work with side mounts.

you might be able to fab up something yourself that will locate the sliders in the correct spot for your seat mounts.
