Same manufacturing, but the output on these is adjustable in 5 steps from 30w-50w output. Basically each setting changes it by 5w of output.

hey i was wondering what does bixenon exactly mean? is that just like the regular h.i.ds with a h.i.d high and halogin low?

I'm glad you asked because a lot of vendors just use the word inappropriately:
Single beam - this is one bulb, directly replaces a single filament bulb for low or high or fog, etc.
Dual beam - two bulbs on one base, replaces a dual filament bulb with one xenon bulb and one small halogen bulb. Heavy refractory glare, some of these type are garbage when the high beam halogen bulb dies
Bixenon - one on one base, the one bulb moves to create two beams low and high. Most reliable, no refractory glare
Dual xenon - two xenon bulbs on one base, one xenon low beam, one high beam. Heavy refractory glare expensive because 2x components, and high beam will have a premature lifespan
