My climate control is having serious issues. Out of the 4 levels that you can select the last one is the only one that actually plows air out of the vents. When it starts to finally blow air it is loud as hell and is vibrating my passenger side dash area. What could this be? What can i do? How do i do it?

The highest speed setting is pretty noisy, so that doesn't surprise me. I'd have to look at my Helm's to remember exactly how the different speeds are wired up, but my guess is either some kind of relays that have gone bad or simply the contacts on the cluster are bad. If you can, replace with a different controller and re-check (check a local wrecking yard, craigslist or eBay)

 

I would replace the blower motor and check the blower relays.

 

Blower Motor Relay.

Usually located underneath the blower box, held in by two screws

 

Check the blower resistor, those go bad sometimes.
