Will a 5th gen catback skunk2 exhaust bolt on a 4th gen??

Default Will a 5th gen catback skunk2 exhaust bolt on a 4th gen??
Does anyone know if a skunk2 catback exhaust for a 5th gen will bolt onto a 4th gen, or is there mods needed to do that? thanks in advance
