Default Just got GSR running. now car shudders like motor mounts are lose at steady speed. HELP

I threw a stock GSR motor back in my car, basic mods,

aem cold air intake
skunk 2 ecu
exhaust
8lbs flywheel
cm clutch

the car idles fine, drives fine, and this has nothing to do with suspension. i can't figure out what is causing my car to do such a violet shake. It happens at low RPM. Almost when your starting out at a red light and your starting to give it gas and bring up the RPM slowly the car freakin shakes like motor mounts are lose and the motor wants to fly back and hit the fire wall. I've check each motor mount and they are tight. This problem happens in every gear at low RPM and when your keeping the car at a steady speed ( say cruising in town and doing the speed limit like 30mph), Anything giving gas the car runs fine, car runs fine at higher rpm but if your not hammering on the gas it shakes. you can't keep the car at a steady speed at all or esle the car shakes (vehicle can be at any gear 3rd. 4th while cruising). When i'm on the highway it's fine, i can keep it 70mph and the car won't shake at all. Just don't know what the deal is. Anyone have any idea who ran into this problem?

thanks

Did you check the torque mounts? I would go over everything, check each part one by one. How does your engine run at idle?

like i stated, the car idles fine. 900rpm-1000rpm.

i have already triple checked the half shafts. threw new ones on than threw old ones that were good before i changed motor, still the same issue.
