Take that bolt off. Work from the back side of the door. There are clips, you need 2 screw drivers to take them out, one on the top and one on the bottom. Or, go buy a panel puller tool, it makes it infinitely easier. Especially if you dont care about scratching the paint.
Search if you dont understand what im talking about. There was a thread about this less than a month ago where i gave detailed instructions on how to remove them. I dont really feel like typing 3 paragraphs again, especially when this stuff is in the service manual.

i didnt worry about scratchin the paint, so what i did was grabbed 2 flathead screwdrivers, they were small, probably #4 or #5
then what i did was took off that nut, there are 3 clips on there, i found the first one, its about in the middle, i wedged 1 screwdriver on the top and the other on the bottom, pushed the clips in, and at the same time i pulled the trim out, it was pretty hard, just like most jobs on these cars, it would be better if i had 3 arms.
then there is 1 about 3/4 down on the door, almost by the mirror kinda, then there is the last one,
i broke 1 of the clips, but its alright, i guess i shoulda just ripped em all off, cause i gotta go buy new clips anyways, but i tried not having to buy some new ones.

FYI-Seems no one knows this technique. I did this on my hatch, I'm sure it's the same on the CRX too. Those clips slide into the door molding in one direction only. The correct way is with the specific tool to pinch the clips and remove each one. The usual trick is to remove them with two flat heads. Here's the way I found. Remove that one nut on the inside of the door and use a mallet to tap the door molding forward. Since the clips only go in one direction on the molding, it will slide off, leaving the clips on the door and seperating the molding from the clips. Once it's off, you can twist each clip and remove them one by one from the door and reinsert them onto the molding. Then when you are ready, just press the molding back into place and you're done.
actually I retract my previous statement. i believe bobjohnson is correct.
i forgot that the seat itself is a seperate piece that can be installed in either direction. you can try my method at your own risk.

crxess, i couldnt do that, i have the 90-91 doors, they have the support bar for safety
i agree with you 24ten and bobjohnson also, after i got both peices off i noticed that also
