This is a question for anyone who actually does tint or has done thier own on an EK hatch.

Can the hatch glass be done with one single sheet?

I had a large piece and layed it over the back glass and it seemed like it would wrap fine as the curve isn't too extreme. I know eveone says curved glass is the worst and to do it in sections, but I have a huge roll and it would be a complete bitch to cut out straight pieces and piece them together.

So with the tint I'll have to keep the defrost disconnected or ruin the tint?
