Default B20B camshaft selection

I have stock B20B from Steve at HMO. I have been daily driving it back and forth to work. I would like to do some cams and valvesprings. I'm looking for maybe 10-15hp increase. I see Crower and Brian Crower, who would you go with. I know about the whole seperation thing. Or can anyone recommend another company with good LS/B20 cams and valvesprings?

Any plans to put a vtec head on it? Stock B20 pistons really limit you as far as camshafts, make sure whatever profile you do is stock-block B20 friendly.

No plans for vtec on THIS motor. Just a bump up from stock. This is an 8.8:1 engine. What would be the difference from an LS with crower 403's ?
This is trrbl1bmx using a friends computer.
