Gurgling or boiling noise in engine bay PLEASE help.

Gurgling or boiling noise in engine bay PLEASE help.
I have a turbo setup, after i got to work lift hood up and i hear a grugling or boiling noise i think its the oil in the pan, but i modified the downpipe to where its not touching the oil pan and its wraped with exhaust wrap. so im clueless, any suggesstions guys?
