Just purchased a 1999 Honda Accord 4 Dr/4 Cyl/EX with gray leather sedan. The front seats are worn, have tears, and look horrible. I check online for replacement EOM seats (couldn't find), looked at seat covers, checked Ebay and craigslist. Are the custom fit seats covers good or should I look continue to look for replacement seats? I also came across a site that sell replacement leatherette covers. They say you have to remove the leather seat material and replace them with the new leatherette material. Has anyone ever tried this? Results?

go to your local JY and see what they got around here u pull ur own parts has lots of seats


from Honda they are $650 each

You could also try to go to your local Katzkin Leather Installer and see how much they will charge for install. I think they still make Katzkin leathers for our models. It's a lot cheaper than Honda and the installer can also probably reconditioned the seat foams.
