Default DC5 Front Bumper Build (w/ pics)

so I am building a bumper plug from which i will make molds from out of fiberglass and produce some fiberglass front bumpers-

my photoshop idea:

start of the build (note: this is built just so i can make a mold from it, it will never go on my car like this!)

thats how far i got, i want it to be similar to that amuse s2k bumper-

not sure what im gonig to do with the bupper grill area yet though

Not bad actually. I say Leave the grill area stock, but delete the line that goes across, just like the 05-06 model. It's like the Mugen front bumper, but less curves. I think it would be nicer if the bottom was a little lower.
Good start though.

^some progress..

ive gotten to getting these areas sanded down, but as you can see i have added some hard lines to flow with the door and rear bumper--

i cant wait to finish this so i can make the mold and start making some bumpers-

although im prolly gonna be spending alot for the resin, fiberglass, gel coat, pva wax blah blah blah...

ok well-

i fully rebuilt the plug- and did a test fit.....

i cant wait to make the negative mold when everything is finished!

i could easily make another mold to fit the 05-06's, pretty sure the only difference with bumpers is the dips in the headlights? otherwize it would fit?

i also always wanted to make a clean and subtle aftermarket front bumper for the usdm integra... but i would need a spare bumper to work with and someones car to get it all set up with the bumper in place.
