progress coilovers
Progress coilovers are mediocore at best. No adjustable dampening. No adjustable camber plates. That is one of the main reasons why you get a coilover setup because you can help to eliminate your understeer. You would be better off getting ground controls matched to koni's for around $800. If you can find a set of lightly used Tein's for under a $1000, that would be your best bet.
Woah...a lot of mis-information in this thread so far.
1) Ground Control/Koni setup does not work very well for the Ep3/RSX. On other chassis, like a DC2, it is one of the best. But not so on the Ep3/RSX. Do a search as for why.
2) Progress makes good coilovers for the Ep3/RSX. All of the mid-ohio student RSX's were running these. They are completely customizable and rebuildable.
