Default OIL LIGHT will not come on after LS/VTEC build

I just finished and installed my LS/VTEC.

When I turned the key, the OIL light will not come on.

The bulb works and has been tested. I also tested the Oil pressure sensor and it works and I even tried another working one and it still didn't turn the light on.

Here is a link to a post I already started,

any help would be great as to why it is not coming on.
