Can someone shed some light onto what wheels these are? I think they are pretty damn unique....

It's a Honda with Vdub Flava. Boser Hood, Angle Eyes, Dual tips, Streched tires and staggered wheels.
Pretty fresh for a Honda IMO.

Yup. And it's UNSAFE. Mounting a tire on wheels wider than those approved by the tire manufacturer builds up high levels of stress and heat in the sidewalls, which means an increased chance of blowouts. Some people get away with it because they're pushing their luck, but it's pretty stupid to take chances like that.
