So I have a 96 Accord 4cyl manual that won't start. I need help troubleshooting as I can't figure it out.

-Engine does not crank or turn at all
-When I turn the key to start, nothing happens. Then I hear a whole bunch of clicking coming from under the dash area it seems.


I initially thought it was a bad battery, but that is not the case, as I placed a new one in there and also tried jumping to no avail. So I thought Main Relay, but after I put a new one in, same thing.

I have no idea, so any help is appreciated.

 

It seems like the starter solenoid is bad. So the only solution is to replace the whole starter.
