My buddy has a 1993 Honda Civic HB CX EG shell. He also has a totaled 2000 civic SI coupe. Is there a artical on this swap or anyone have some info on this. We plan on swapping wiring harness pcm engine trans. Does he need spacial mounts or special axles. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

my god, there is no reference material available for this swap, there are no articles or instructions for a swap of this nature in the faq either, honestly my friend, i hope you have a degree in engineering, cause this is gonna be a handful.

Im not an idiot And I know how to use tools in ASE certified in engine brakes and electrical. Im some idiot. Im just asking for a few guidelines. Like what axles and engine mounts.

yeah always try to research then ask people will tend to be kinda rude on here if you dont. lol

but when you do this swap you just need to use the b series axels and get the b-series mounts from a b series del sol or dc integra

 

just go to autozone and my the hondaswap book lol. itll tell u what u need to know.or look at the engine swap info sticky.

 

ok i have a eg swap you can use axles from a 96-00 integra si civic 96-00 and im pretty sure the stock mounts will work if not go to hasport and get some good ones.
