Hey, this is my car 3 years ago...

I have done some **** to it and decided to update this shitty thread.

reuphostered the doors and armrest


got some heliums for 150 with one bent rim.. fixed the bend, sold for 400 and got some fat 5s and paid bills.




for some reason i painted my valve cover this disgusting yellow color...


then i painted it nice color.. golddddd


got rid of the fat fives, got another set of si wheels and sold them for steelies..


then i bought these...


to make this happen..


then i got an ef!

and now i have another set of bronze heliums i bought a couple weeks ago


but i hit a curb when we had ice in Georgia a couple weeks ago.. so now it sits on a couple jackstands in my apartment parking lot waiting for some new parts to arrive.



replaced lower control arm already but now i just have to go get some sway bar endlinks and tighten down the ball joint nut.

the old build thread sucked.. so i had to revise it.

i'll add more **** later..

ordered new front sway bar endlinks and installed my new unbent OEM front LCA.

repainting the wheels and tuck next.

my apartment complex owes me about 1400 dollars from a tree falling on my 88 hatchback. Just waiting on the check to come in.. it's been 2 months so far.

if anyone needs parts for an 88 civic, just let me know.

Both of my sets of wheels are up for sale right now.. 350 for the heliums and 200obo for some 14'' wheels idk what they're called.


I hope to be getting this set of 16'' heliums in NC soon before IA.. they're red with polished lip with brand new tires..

god i miss having new tires.

 

and I'm possibly going to be buying a set of used GC coilover sleeves soon..

it's pending right now.

 

Let me know how you like those GC's on the EM1. Im about to order a set here in the next couple of weeks, just wondering if I should save up for the Tein Flex's

 

I've heard great things about GC coilovers.. I want to slam so I think they'll work out well for me.

 

Sweet deal. I think Ima try them out too. How much lower u gonna try and go?? Mine is sitting at stock right now. So im thinkin like 3.50" lower somthing like that. On some CCW classics 16x9.5 or maybe even a 17 im not sure yet. You must really like Heliums huh? lol

 

haha.. i've had about 15-20 sets of wheels in the past.. just had a few great deals on heliums lately.

hope to get my collection started again when i start my new job

 

Hell yea dude. Ive also had my fair share of wheels. Theres just so many different kinds that look so good and I just dont have enough vehicles to put all of them on. And having a different set on either side is played out and just gay now so thats out of the question.

Whats the plans motor wise?? My Em1 is at the body shop right now getting painted Battleship gray... Its actually on hold until my chasebays brake/fuel line tuck kit gets in along with my booster delete. Then its gonna be on its way to 10isee so Mike (Mr. Coupe) can do his thing on it.
