This has been a long and awaited build that I've been trying to put together ever since I graduated college 3 years ago! Finally took everything I had and brought it to RedZone Performance in Fremont, CA. Jeremy, Wayne, and his Team over there did a superb job and I couldn't be happier. Now on with the details...
Dyno showing the baseline run with out tuning, and the final numbers once everything was tuned

Jeremy doin WoRk sOn!

The Car (1994 Integra GSR...200k miles on the original motor that was just pulled out)

Build Details:
HEAD
GSR Head Port & Polished by Justin @ Sinister Racing
Supertech valve train
Blox Type B Cams
Skunk2 Cam Gears
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
Password JDM Thermal Intake Manifold Gasket
RC310 Injectors
Comptech Ice Box Intake System
BLOCK
GSR B18C1 Built by Vincent Pascau prior to his passing *RIP*
Cometic Headgasket .051"
ARP Rod Bolts & Head Studs
CTR OS Pistons
Comptech 4-2-1 CARB Legal Header
Stock Cat & Apexi WS2 Catback
Socketed p28
Tuned by Jeremy @ RedZone Performance
Everything else is pretty much stock...
As you can see, the car still want to make more power but the header and stock cat is really restricting a lot of the flow. Next month, I'm picking up a replica Hytech header & test pipe along with a new SRI with a Velocity Stack. Just from those mods, I should free up a lot of the air flow and my motor should be in the 200whp range. We did one run with a different SRI and Velocity stack and right away, the motor made 5 more peak whp! Until next month.... enJoi

Nice, make sure to post up the next dyno!, I want to see if you can hit 200.

The graph looks great, Jeremy does a damn good job at tuning. What was the timing set at WOT?
get 2.5 inch Kteller piping with a large resonator and vibrant flat black 2.5 inch muffer. I think it would help a lot..
jeremy does top notch work
.. u should definately be in the 200 whp or close to it after getting rid of the stock cat. One of my boys have a very similiar setup to yours and was also tuned by Jeremy .. made 202 whp and 130 tq , thats with an old stock 1989 b16 head with no portjob , stock 60mm TB and through a magnaflow high flow cat , and a shitty crush bent exhaust

Yes, I'm running this on 91 oct pump gas and this is my daily. Tuning is a definite must if you want to run on pump gas...
