there's a candy apple spray that you can use... but i've heard different stories about it's success. you just bite the bullet and get 98-01 tails. or just keep it ghetto fabulous with the orange corners.

 

i have looked for all red/white tails the first thing i did was look for 98+ tails... all 4 doors all years seem to have that orange marker

 

yeah like previously stated there's a transperant spray you can use

just check out your local crafts store

make sure not to spray it thick though

Even if you spray it thick, couldn't you just wetsand it? Also, it might be a good idea to spray it on the inside (if you're planning on not breaking them open).

98+ four doors had red corners too. my friend tried to sell me his after wrecking but i had already gotten a set of JDM sedan tails on the cheap to red out myself.

every 98+ i see is orange... except 2 doors. but 4 doors are all orange right?

 

i just told you, no. the 98+ 4-doors DID have red tails.
