A random number and a dynojet number... ooooook?

Well all you really need to know is that they are calibrated differently and sometimes read differently. Also, making more power by switching to a higher reading dyno will not magically make you run faster on the track, which is really the only thing that matters in the end.

All dynos read a little differently. Some are loaded dynos and read a little lower; whereas, some dynos arent loaded and will register a higher power output. Also, there are many variables that aren't accounted for. The tuner can adjust certain areas in the dyno to make it read higher or lower depending on the humidity, temp, elevation, and so forth. This is why people dont race dyno numbers; rather, we race on the track. That's the only true way to see what kind of power you're making.

well the main difference on these 2 dynos is the 224 ist the newest model and its way more compact uses less space and reads 1500hp
the 240 its sopose to read 2000hp and have biggers rollers
they should read the same but averything depends on the weather conditions on the dyno room
the 224lc ist the one whit the load option....
