Is this a SI cluster ?!?!?

hey guys and gals, quick question. is this a SI cluster from a EG ? If so then what is the white ones i seen on honda tech. Is it a JDM one? thanks guys.

Sorry the pic is bad but it looks as if the redline starts at 7200 all the way to 9

that cluster is also in an ej1, and yur about the white one too
