Spark plug anti fouler. A package should come with 2 of them for like $4. There's a small hole at the end that needs to be drilled out bigger on one of them (from 1/8" to 1/2" I believe). You then screw in the anti fouler into your secondary O2 sensor bung, and then screw your O2 sensor into that. If that doesn't get rid of the code (after a reset), then pull it all off. Then you put the anti fouler with the undrilled hole on first, then screw the one with the drilled out hole into that, then the O2 sensor.

These things sell on ebay for an insane amount of money, because a lot of people don't realize you can just buy them at a local store. Like they assume someone had to C&C the thing special. In fact, here's one from Blox Racing : http://www.inlinefour.com/blcelelad.html
That's exactly what it looks like, but you can spend a 3rd of that by buying it and drilling it out yourself.

ok i got that one (Blox) and i got a code for my primary O2 sensor, which i dont know why that code went off. So i look it off and the code went away for the primary but now i for the code for the cat.???? and my car for bugging out like crazy.

But I did it with the stock header and cat still on, could that be the problem???

You do not do it to the primary o2 sensor because this one tells the ECU how much fuel to add, if stock. This is only needed to be done if you throw a code for secondary o2 because you have removed the cat.

i didnt use it on the primary. used it on the secondary, well im going to take out the cat. because it doesnt work no more, it needs to be replace or just taking out. but when i use the bung on the secondary O2 it throw a code for the primary sensor
