Lately my civic hatch d15b2 MPFI i have to turn/hold the key in place for more than 10+ second before it starts. i just notice this when i start the car after it cools down or in the morning once start and warmed up the car start right up in couple of seconds..any idea where i should look at? new dizzy (had a code 9 before) new cap new rotor new plugs new plug wires battery is new starter is new
