i recently acquired an 87 accord so i could put my CRX away to work on it and i was wonderin if anyone knew of any company offering lowering kits becuz i know they dont have coilsprings on the back, im not to familiar with the car yet becuz it didn arrive yet but anyhelp would be appreciated thanks

 

they sure as hell don't have leaf springs or even a dead axle, so what are you under the impression of them having? just like lowering any other 90up accord really... (meaning they have upper ball joints in the rear as well)

 

The 3rd gen Accord has a 4 wheel independent double-wishbone type setup. Ground Control makes coilover sleeves for them, you can get Eibach Springs, H&R Springs, and a few others are still in production. If you want a full race suspension, you can get the Hotbits coilovers, lots and lots of options.

 

thanks i didnt look hard enough to the one at the junk yard i just glanced at it and didnt see coilsprings they must have been gone
