What ecu is used with an auto D16Y7?
I was just wondering what ecu is used with an auto d16y7?I have been told a p2e but I am not sure any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Yes it is a P2E ***
To be more specific here are the Numbers for an Auto ECU;
P2E followed by any of the following 3 characters. A70, A71, A72, A91, A92, C70, C71, C72, C91, C92
The "A"s are American and the "C"s are Canadian models.

I think I need to replace the ECU and I am trying to figure out if the ECU that I have is the correct ECU for my engine/car. The ECU in my1998 Honda Civic DX (automatic transmission) is 37820 - P2E - L82 with the following numbers 243-345357 IPT UG. My Engine Number is XP2H -R7 D16Y7 - 4503341 is D16Y7 the only number that matters for determining which ECU is right?
