Need help on D15b Head swap onto d15b7 block

Need help on D15b Head swap onto d15b7 block
I have a 93 civic hatchback cx with d15b7. I was told that i can swap out the head for a D15b vtec to get some hp gains.
Does anyone know exactly what I would need to do this or should I just swap out the whole engine
Things I need to know:
ECU
Engine Harness
Wiring
?????????????????????????

the whole engine would be better
d15b vtec bottom end > d15b7 bottom end
