Sorry, all I can say is something wasn't designed right: header or sway bar. I'm thinking header.

I juS' order my Buddy Club header that I will be installin' med July... But i KnO' for a fact that I have to replace my stock sway bar with a EM2 (2001-05 Civc) or a TODA Racing Sway Bar, because the BC header will hit it... I dont knO about your header, but im sure either one would work ...

LOL, I'd get an ETD or ESMM.

Good thing you found that gas leak.

Don't attach the hanger from the header. You don't need it and it's not necessary. The stock swaybar should clear the Megan raceheader. I think that's how they designed it.
But any JDM or Japanese manufacture sway bar will clear. I am currently using a Hotchkis sway bar and it clears a lot. If you're not looking to spend a lot of money. An 01-05 Civic EX (AKA EM2) sway bar fits. It clears any header. And it's bigger than the stock 02-04 sway bar. So it upgrades the handling a bit. It's about the same size as the 05-06 RSX-S sway bar.

Actually I've read people having sway bar + header contact also on stock header and DCRH when they installed ESMM. I don't have a solution, but it seems to be pretty common.
